- Eligibility：
- From three months old to six-grade elementary school student.
- Location：
- Only those who have made reservations will be informed of the location for security reason.

- Service Fees：
- a) One-day price: JPY3,000 (incl. tax) / per child
b) Second or later kids discount One-day price: JPY1,500 (incl. tax) / per child
c) Short-time price: JPY600 (incl. tax) / per child, up to 4 hours.
*You will be charged for the costs of diapers, etc. and overtime fees for services outside of the hours listed above.
*Please pay when you bring your child / children. Please prepare the exact amount as we do not carry change.
*In case of a change or cancellation after the deadline, we will charge the full amount as a commission fee.

Message Title: Neuroscience2017 Day Care Service Application
1. Your name, affiliation and phone number (daytime phone number that you can be reached before and during the meeting).
2. Name, age and gender of your child / children
3. Date and time you wish to use the service
4. Special attention or notes for nursery staff (such as allergy information)
* You will receive a confirmation email along with the “Terms of services” and “Application sheet.” If you do not receive an email by Friday, July 14, please call them directly.
- Application Deadline：
- Thursday, July 13
- Insurance：
- ALPHA Corporation Inc. has insurance in the event of unforeseen accidents. The damage incurred by an accident will be insured as long as it is within the insurance coverage. Please note that Neuroscince2017 will not be responsible for any accidents related to the day care service.
【Important】
Baby sitters will be arranged based upon your reservations. You will be asked to pay the full amount based on your reservation, even if you did not use the service. If you are delayed in picking up your child / children, you will be asked to pay for the overtime fees.
Nursing Room
A nursing room will be open in the meeting site. No reservations are required.
Childcare Room
Makuhari Messe has a nursing room. Diaper-changing beds are available in restrooms as well as in the nursing room.
